I signed a one-year lease, but I am experiencing a number of problems. The landlord has entered my apartment without giving notice, and my upstairs neighbors have noisy parties every weekend and keep parking in my reserved space. At this point, I just want to move, but I need to know if I will be held responsible for the remaining six months of the lease term.
