A paint crew member passed himself off as the landlord who employed him Tuesday, collected $600 in rent from a resident, and stole the legitimate landlord’s vehicle before fleeing.Richmond police are looking for Tom Wekesser, approximately 43 years old, 5 feet, 10 inches, 240 pounds, brown hair, blue eyes with numerous tattoos on his arms and back.
