I have complained about my upstairs neighbors six times in three months, and the staff at the front office has not done anything to fix the problem. They have called and e-mailed me and promised that the noisy neighbors had received their final notice, but they are still here. Today I made another complaint, and they called me and said that they didn't believe me! I am surprised and completely disappointed with the way they have handled my complaints. I would not recommend this place to anyone who likes a good night's sleep or a nice, quiet day at home with their family.
