I dont hesitate to complain when I have a problem but I also want to give credit where it is due. I rented a townhouse here for two years while Kathy was the property manager. It isnt a great location but for me it happened to be close to work and the rent was reasonable. If the work out room is important to you then take a close look. The machines were not gym quality and so they were usually falling apart. But having said that - I would rent there again because the manager was great. She returned my deposit when I probably didnt deserve all of it, and she offered to pay for my food when the fridge broke (old appliances). The thing I like the most was that was a quiet community while I was there.
