Doors didn't lock. Windows didn't shut. Carpet was disgusting. Furnace broke and they tied it up with telephone wire and said it would last a year that way. Mailbox didn't have a key and they never got me one. Hallways were cleaned one time in a year. Washer was broke for a month and when they finally fixed it they didn't tell us. They don't always open the office and don't have a drop box for rent so if you work the hours they do then good luck paying rent or trying to put money on the laundry card. I was charged a late fee when the lady didn't come to work because her kid was sick and I had to pay my rent a day late. They charge $100 a year from each apartment for the pool if you use it or not plus $5 for the key to get in the pool. They kept my security deposit because I couldn't drop the keys off so I left them in the apartment. You don't want to live here they are the definition of SLUM LORDS! Karademas Inc = Slum Lords

Management: Sensitivity To Your Housing Needs? - consider the overall level of service received.
Management: Competent In Job Responsibilities?
Management: Willingness to compromise to resolve disagreements (like with security deposits)
Management: Are your concerns responded to in a timely manner?
Site Maintenance: Minor Repairs Resolved Within A Reasonable Time.
CONSTRUCTION: Rate quality of the structure and materials. Any evidence of mildew, lead, asbestos?
HABITABILITY: Overall opinion for plumbing, heating, air conditioning. Do they function adequately?
QUIET ENJOYMENT: How well does your landlord uphold this right that every tenant has?
I found these appartments on rent.com. The price was really good, and I love the area. I also liked the fact that when it was time to sign the lease they let me pick out my own appartment. After moving in I then realized that everything they had said would get done really wouldn't. I am unsatisfied with almost everything about the appartment except the size! My windows in my living room don't have the track to slide on so if you bump into it you have to be careful it doesn't fall on you. I was promised they would be fixed and still nothing. When I moved in there wasn't a battery in the smoke detector, so i checked the hallway and it wasn't there either. They are cheap and fix things ghetto and not leagal. My screan door on the patio doesn't even close all the way. You can't have the door open or your house will be filled with bugs. The central air only works 1/2 the time and when it does it is constantly running. When I asked them to have someone look at it I was told that they have to pay for that, like I should feel bad about it. They never answer the phone when you call or return your call! I could go on and on about what is wrong! Your living experience should not be like this!
These apartments are horrible. The rent is low, but so is the quality of life. The buildings are poorly insulated. The carpet is unpadded and poorly installed. The peepholes are non functioning. The other tenants are loud. The parking lot is never plowed or salted correctly. Repairs are never completed. The owner is a bum. Does not follow tenant laws even when he is faced with a statement from the state government. Do not move in here under any circumstances.
