| After 2 years at the Presidio, we left feeling cheated and lied to. The management DID NOT work to resolve disputes regarding security (told us SO SUE US!). Do not trust them with your security deposit - document everything. Several former tenants are in a class-action suit agains management here.
Never felt safe here, especially while a brothel was being run out of a building I had to pass to walk to work (can you imagine coming home after dark and walking past leery men waiting their turn to go inside?). Security gates were broken for months at a time. Deadbolt was broken for a long time without our being able to replace it.
Couldn't use the gym as it was never cleaned. Rent went up almost $500 during my 2 years as a "fee" for not signing another year-long lease. The question about rhodents is almost funny...except there were stray animals, racoons, rats and mice (my friend almost stepped on a dead mouse in the pool which had clearly been there a long time!)
I don't want anyone else to experience what I did...don't rent here!! |
