| We moved in to The Preserve from out of state- sight unseen. At first we were thrilled with our decision. Great floorplan, not overly expensive (comparitively), nice area, etc. The first time I had to deal with management, however, I realized I was in for a long ride. Theyre simply awful. Condescending and rude, unwilling to help, you name it. Theyre backwards in thinking we work for them, when in fact its the other way around! Since we moved in theyve shortened their hours making it impossible to reach them on M-F (theyre closed when I leave for work and closed when I get home), and now theyre closed on Sundays as well. Its as if they bend over backwards to NOT be accommodating. This holiday season, theyve apparently decided that Christmas Eve Eve Eve is a holiday and theyre closing early. That means theyll be closed the Saturday, Sunday, and Monday prior to Christmas. Awesome! Now I cant get my packages! When brought to their attention, of course the smart-ass tone of voice starts again. I cant wait until my lease is up so I can rid myself of this group of "people"! For the record, Ive lived in 12 complexes over the years and NEVER had a complaint. STAY AWAY FROM THE PRESERVE! |
