| Problem here these are 3 stories builds and the third story catches all the heat, the unit has NO shade trees like the rest do on either side. So the AC will not cycle and doesn't cool down this two bedroom unit. I reported the AC wasn't working and NOT cycling the first day we moved in and told them 3 more times since then and it's been 1 year and 10 days and it's still NOT working. My electric bill is eating me up. So far this mouth it's been $278.00 last mouth it was $210.00... Winters are OK for, no problems there. I have been on their butts to fix this AC. The down stairs unit is about 5 years old and the unit in the closet is about 25 years, what is wrong with this picture. I am telling this and to whom ever are thinking of moving here think really hard do you want this problem of non-cooling ac apartment.. I've asked around the whole complex and most if not all are having the same problems as I'm having...
The rent is low.
The buildings are poorly insulated.
The carpet is unpadded and poorly installed.
Repairs are never completed.
The owner is a bum.
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. |
