| These are the problems that my boyfriend and I incurred in 6 months:
1) not fixing grounds on property that are uneven, grassless, and rocky after I sprained my ankle on such property
2) denying/ignoring 1-Day Service Guarantee which states that for each day that a maintenance request isn't fixed or the tenant isn't contacted about a delay in fixing the problem, one months worth of rent will be compensated. Korman Residential neglected an ongoing flood issue in the bedroom closet which spread to the bedroom for 33 days. No one came out to our apartment for 30 days! We called three times within that time frame.
3) failing to manage the upstairs tenant from noise complaints, behavior complaints, safety/fire hazards, and verbal assault/aggression after I reported it twice in person to two people in management. The upstairs tenant repeatedly smokes in the stairwell, has conversations in the stairwell and outside our apartment door after 10pm at night, vacuums 4x's a week after 10pm, stares invasively through our living room windows repeatedly at us, verbally assaulted me in the clubhouse and in the courtyard twice.
4) second flood: the upstairs tenant overflowed her washing machine twice in 12 hours flooding into our apartment through our bathroom and bedroom ceiling. The second time it happened, maintenance said it was fixed and it was ok for her to run it. They didn't stay to stop the problem from happening again. This caused us stress to have to live in another apartment for a week while the repairs and blowers were drying out our apartment.
5) non-verbal and verbal sexual harassment from 2 maintenance men who came during the second flood.
6) not paying our electric bill after stating in writing that they would for running the dryers/blowers in our apartment after the second flood
7) damaging our Venetian Area rug (purchased at $200.00 shipping) with white paint after the second flood during ceiling repairs

| I've lived at the Masters for nearly two years now. Living here started out very well, but everything seems to have gone downhill in the last year or so. We've had more break-ins than I can count in the last year, and management doesn't seem to be doing anything about it! A fellow resident told me she went for a walk, and her tv was gone when returned 15 minutes later. The staff is extremely rude and confrontational, and parking has become a huge problem. You're expected to walk halfway across the apartment complex if there isn't a spot on your street. Given all the break-ins we've had, it certainly doesn't sound like something I'm interested in doing. I went to the management office recently to discuss a problem I've had, and the manager laughed at me and made fun of me! There is absolutely no reason to live here given all the other nice places in the area.

| Mrs. Becker is racist against black people. My wife is white I am black she treated me like an ex-convict. She lied about both of is repeatedly. (Mixture of crazy and senility. Her family avoids her and would not help resolve conflicts. The house is old and leaks in cold air all winter long. She refused to repair them. The woman presents herself quite sweetly before you sign the lease and then immediately turns crazy. Because she is older she never seems to sleep much and since she lives above you she can be heard doing house work starting at 3am. She also refused to acknowledge this when confronted. She made our stay miserable and is the main reason we have to move again after 1 year.

| These apartments are horrible. The rent is low, but so is the quality of life. The buildings are poorly insulated. The carpet is unpadded and poorly installed. The peepholes are non functioning. The other tenants are loud. The parking lot is never plowed or salted correctly. Repairs are never completed. The owner is a bum. Does not follow tenant laws even when he is faced with a statement from the state government. Do not move in here under any circumstances.

| The fire alarms in this building go off all the time. In the middle of the day or the night.
The elevators never work.
There are holes in the walls.
There is no security, the parking deck is wide open as well as the buildings.
The staff is unkind and have hasty attitudes.
The buildings are dirty, full of trash and graffiti.
This is not an ideal place to live.
