| my apartment was not ready when i moved in; no gas, heat, holes in walls, adhesive in bathtub. My phone calls are rarely returned. My apartment door was left unlocked by maintenance TWICE! I had to withhold half of my rent twice in order for work to be done and my heat to be turned on. When repairs were done, my apartment was left a mess and my table was moved. The women in the office were clueless about everything. I was never notified they had entered my apartment.
