| Office staff puts on a happy front. However, very difficult to get ahold of when you have an issues. On going washer/dryer facilities not working over long periods (months at a time). Parking is hard if you get home at night. Sometimes only place to park is in covered parking. Even if it is not registered to someone. They will have you towed. Urgent requets are not taken care of in a timely manner. Older buildings so you can hear your upstair or people around you easily. |
