| I have lived here for 1 year and it's not been a pleasure! The management does not respond to repair requests or any other concerns. I had a mold problem in the bathroom and sent several notices to them to get no response. I then made my complaint to the Lakewood Health Dept who agreed that it was a serious problem and did issue a 30 day notice to make repairs or else. I've had the staff literally throw my laundry into the trash dumpster and the management has made no effort nor offer to compensate me for that. My apartment has SEVERAL insect problems and it takes two months for them to get the exterminators in. Their resolution to all these problems is to fire the staff and bring in someone who is better at giving you the 'run around'. The staff is no more responsive or empathetic.
The hallway carpets are absolutely disgusting! It's embarrassing to have friends/family over. They said that the carpets were in the process of being replaced when I signed my lease because I definitely made a point of asking about the 'disgusting' carpets. The walls are very thin, you can literally sit on your sofa and listen to the conversation going on in an apartment across the hall! |
